At Superstar Karate, we believe in the power of positive reinforcement. Our knowledgeable instructors strive to make each class an opportunity to help students reach their fullest potential – whether that means mastering a technique or learning to be more confident. We strive to create an environment of respect and a safe space for students to learn and grow. We don’t just teach martial arts, we teach the life skills that will help our students succeed in life. KID’S MARTIAL ARTS
Our martial arts classes for kids are full exercise routines disguised as a boatload of fun! That’s because they are jam packed with activities, games and drills that are all designed to disguise the repetition of training. Of course it’s important for your kids to exercise and wear themselves out – they stay healthy, sleep well, and develop their minds and bodies. But just as important, our classes will help develop at a young age the physical habits they need to grow into healthy adults.

DINOMITES (AGES 4-6)
Studying martial arts is ideal for young children. It provides them with an outlet for their energy. But, it also teaches them about respect, discipline, and other core values that will go with them beyond the dojo. Junior martial arts classes teach kids to control their movements and behavior, and they’ll learn social skills and interaction at the same time.
