Deep in the heart of the Peachy State, Georgia, known for its mouth-watering peaches, and groovy music, there's another wildly popular treasure - Football! It might seem surprising, but here, footballs fly more often than peaches fall off a tree! Georgia's young footballers are a sight to behold. They’re as rowdy as the raccoons who, rumor has it, once organized their own mini football tournaments in the woods of Savannah! Just imagine a bunch of raccoons in football uniforms, those tiny helmets! Meet Chuckles, our imaginary character. Chuckles is a cool, curly haired, freckle-faced, super energetic Georgia native who is absolutely football crazy. He's so smitten with football that he sees everything around him as part of the game. His sandwiches are football-shaped, he brushes his teeth in figure-of-eight drills, heck, he even does his math homework by counting footballs! Chuckles is a part of this group of young, super enthusiastic footballers. They are no ordinary kids; they have mastered the art of balancing school, chores, chowing down on delicious peach cobbler, and being champions at football. These kids are tough as Georgia granite and as sweet as Vidalia onions. When they are not making spectacular touchdowns, they are probably practicing their victory dance moves or creating secret football strategies by the Chattahoochee River. Here in Georgia, football isn't just a game; it's a way of life. It's the smell of fresh cut grass on the field, the cheers that echo under the Friday night lights, and the friendships formed over shared victories and losses. It’s just another Peachy day in Georgia, where the kids play football, have fun, and live life one touchdown at a time!

For over 50 years, Frontier Camp has been dedicated to making disciples of Jesus by sharing God’s Word amidst the beauty of His creation. Since our founding in 1969, we’ve been licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services and are proudly accredited by the American Camping Association. We’re also a member of the Christian Camping and Conference Association. Our mission is to use Christian camping and outdoor recreation as a means to support local churches in fulfilling the Great Commission—evangelizing people of all ages and discipling believers toward deeper maturity in Christ. Frontier Camp offers a dual ministry: during the summer, we host a 10-week youth camp, and throughout the rest of the year, we serve as a retreat facility for churches and like-minded religious organizations. Whether through summer camps or retreats, our goal remains the same: to expose people to Christ and encourage their spiritual growth through His Word and by reflecting His character in everything we do. While we provide top-notch recreation and exciting programming, the heart of our camp is the spiritual impact, rooted in the truth of God’s inerrant Word.
