At My Gym, we offer a unique blend of physical activity, gymnastics, and games that encourage children to explore their world. Through our specially designed activities, children develop strength, balance, coordination, and agility – all while having a blast! Our certified instructors guide children through their milestones in a safe, nurturing environment while providing emotional support to both children and parents. We’re truly honored to be a part of your child’s growth and development. At My Gym, we are passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential through physical play. Our unique program was created over 35 years ago with the purpose of providing children with an environment where they can develop their self-esteem and confidence. We offer a variety of fun, physically engaging activities that help children grow stronger and more agile, while also building their coordination and balance. With the guidance of our certified instructors, children of all abilities can succeed and reach their milestones in a safe, nurturing atmosphere. Parents are often delighted to see their children’s eyes light up when they take their first steps, tumble down mats, or accomplish other achievements. That’s why we’re proud to share in the joy of their accomplishments. We understand that it is an honor to be part of a child’s growth and development, and we take this responsibility seriously. Camps

Do you need a place to drop your kids off, knowing that they are in a clean and safe space?! We are the place for you! My Gym Camps are simply the best! Children participate in energizing fitness games, noncompetitive gymnastics, arts and crafts, music and so much more. Each camp program is uniquely designed to keep your children moving and active, as we emphasize physical development and personal success. Our themes and programs change, so no days at My Gym are ever the same.

Waddlers

This stimulating program introduces balancing, tumbling, hanging and agility skills, which helps the children develop a love of physical activity and a sense of pride in their achievements. At this age, a child's level of independent mobility will typically progress from aggressive crawling to running. Additional fine and gross motor skills developed during this stage include kicking a ball, building a block tower, riding a tricycle, and walking up stairs.

Ninja Training Level

My Gym Ninja Training provides a fun, safe, and supportive environment where kids learn how to lead an active and healthy lifestyle and understand the importance of doing so. Class will focus on developing strength, stamina, and agility in relays, games, conditioning exercises, team building and, of course, obstacle courses that change every week. Ninja Training is packed full of climbing, balancing, running, jumping, crawling, and swinging. With our diverse equipment, each week will present new and exciting challenges. The mental and emotional benefits include the development of problem solving, focus, creative thinking, and the patience needed to overcome a challenge. The obstacle courses are intended to challenge children mentally and physically while instilling a mindset of overcoming adversity both inside and outside of the gym.

Gymnastics

This fun and focused class is great for both beginning and experienced gymnasts! Children begin to work on learning and perfecting skills in leveled groups on the Bars, Vault, Beam, and in Tumbling. The emphasis is on having fun and learning foundational gymnastics skills, strength, & flexibility – not competition. Classes are taught in the same positive, encouraging environment that children are accustomed to in every My Gym Program.
