Not only is gymnastics a physical activity that builds strength, flexibility and coordination, it’s also beneficial for your child’s self-esteem and psychological development. Studies have shown that regular physical activity can increase a person’s brain power. At TGR Elite Athletic Training Center, we understand the importance of physical and mental development for children and offer gymnastics classes for kids ages 1 to adult. Our Small & Tall classes are specifically designed for children ages 1 to 4 to introduce them to the sport of gymnastics. When they’re ready, we also offer girls and boys gymnastics classes for ages 5 and up, as well as competitive teams. We believe that gymnastics can improve a child’s physical and mental well-being, and provide a positive outlet for creativity and physical activity.
