About Stars Gymnastics

At STARS Gymnastics, we offer a wide range of classes to meet the needs of gymnasts of all ages and levels of ability. Our pre-school classes help kids develop coordination, balance, strength, flexibility and all four gymnastic events in a fun and safe atmosphere. For our recreational gymnasts, we provide instruction in strength, flexibility, vault, bars, beam and tumbling, with an emphasis on muscle control and coordination to help them advance in the sport. Our competitive team is among the most competitive in the state. Our USAG program is designed to help gymnasts reach their full potential on all four events, becoming strong mental competitors and supportive team members. With our experienced coaches and quality programs, STARS Gymnastics is the perfect place to nurture and grow your gymnast.

Tiny Stars/Shooting Stars

Tiny Stars and Shooting Stars Gymnastics classes focus on teaching children the basic gymnastic shapes and skills. It is from the basics that all higher-level skills are built upon. General strength, flexibility and coordination are also stressed. The Tiny Stars class is 30 minutes; The Shooting Stars class is 50 minutes.

Recreational Gymnastics Class

Our gymnastics classes are focused on teaching children basic and advanced gymnastics shapes and skill. We offer classes for first timers as well as classes for gymnasts who have been in classes before. At STARS we offer three different levels of classes Introductory, Intermediate, and Advanced. These classes are 50 minutes.

Tumbling Class

STARS Gymnastics offers tumbling classes like no others! Our classes are taught by gymnastics coaches who will teach proper technique through drills and progressions. We are also available for tumbling clinics for high school cheer squads, brushing up before tryouts or for the child who just wants to learn a back handspring! This class 50 minutes.
