Music Studio

At our studio, we believe that concept-based teaching is the best way to teach piano. We focus on understanding the musical concepts and the skills necessary to execute them, and apply them to pieces of music. This method of teaching engages the student in a way that traditional methods can’t, and it allows the student to create their own music. By emphasizing the concepts, piano students become independent learners, not reliant on their instructor to make progress. This allows the student to continue on their musical journey even after their lessons have ended.

Group Music Class for babies and toddlers (birth through 4 years old) accompanied by a parent or guardian.

PRE SCHOOL MUSIC AND PIANO CLASS

45 min. group classes for students in VPK and Kinder. Concepts include rhythm, ear training, music notation and piano pieces.

PREP CLASS

A piano lesson in which both student and parent engage in piano learning. 30 min. long weekly lesson for students 5 years old.

At the age of 4, I enrolled my twin children in the fall of 2018. I've observed their passion of the piano continue to blossom over the past 1.5 years. At school and on cruise ships, they have also gotten fairly accustomed to performing on stage while singing and acting in front of an audience. I credit Dr. Jain and her staff's piano instruction curriculum with helping them achieve these successes. They have made great progress, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Jain's program to anyone who enjoys playing the piano and music in general.
