I adore this area so much! I'm really happy I gave this one a try since I really wanted to find a place in Tallahassee that was just as amazing as my yoga studio back home. The instructors here are all really kind and skilled, which is a problem I ran across while looking at other yoga studios in Tallahassee. I will definitely continue my new membership here. :)

This is a wonderful yoga studio with many sites and a flexible timetable offering various yoga types. There are both "hot" and "not-hot" lessons offered. Check out the alternatives for core sculpt and yoga sculpt!

Asha's Mind Body class was amazing. Her tone, the way it flowed, and the words of affirmation truly gave my body new energy. After, I felt so much better—lighter, more alive, and just free. When I return to Tally, I'll most likely enroll in her class again. Regards, Asha.

I adore Rising Om so much! Even though I've tried other studios, I keep coming back to this one. I have loved every instructor, and the pleasant environment here is what keeps me coming back. The monthly New Moon Circle is my favorite. I wholeheartedly endorse it to all of my friends.
