Junior Mixed Martial Arts (Jr MMA) is a program for ages 4+. The mix of martial arts includes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, Wrestling, and Judo.  The program combines traditional martial arts structure with modern day self-defense. Consistency in Martial Arts gives children proven-to-work self-defense skills and brings out the best in our youth:
