About Shinsei Martial Arts - Anastasia in Saint Augustine, FL
At our Christian Karate studio in St. Augustine, FL, we are excited to offer a unique and engaging approach to Karate instruction. Our classes are designed to not only provide physical benefits, but also to help students build important character traits. Using the teachings of the Bible, we focus on developing the “Fruit of the Spirit”—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. We also incorporate traditional Japanese martial arts styles to teach important self-defense skills. In our safe and dynamic learning environment, we strive to help students become not just physical warriors, but also spiritual warriors. We want them to understand the importance of becoming a stand up citizen for God and society, and to live out the Truths from the Bible. With our Christian Karate classes, students can gain valuable skills and build their character in a unique and exciting way!

BeAKid
Youth
This program is designed for students ages 7 through 12. Students learn self defense skills that are appropriate for the types of situations they may encounter when dealing with others their own age, as well as ways to handle more serious self defense issues. Students are also exposed to valuable life lessons that teach them how to avoid placing themselves in confrontational situations. This program is a great tool to help reinforce the positive values parents are teaching at home.

DAY CAMPS
Kids have off but you have to work? We have got you covered! Send your child(ren) to Shinsei Day Camps! We are taking camp to the next level. We are not the typical, "sit in a room, bored out of your mind, let your brains turn to mush" Camp. We are an action-packed, fun-filled martial art camp that not only challenges our students minds and builds their strength & coordination, but also teaches them practical martial art skills that will change their lives forever. We have camps all year long at different times of the year.

After School Care
After school each day your child will be picked up from their school and transported to our facility. Upon arrival they will enjoy snack time while completing their homework. Once they have finished their homework, your child will then be provided with a directed, goal-oriented Martial Arts class. Classes focus on a clearly-defined, age-appropriate curriculum arranged so each student can set goals, train to achieve them, and experience consistent progress. Your child will gain confidence, learn patience, self defense, and even go through anti-bullying and Stranger Danger courses as they work their way up the ranks in the art of Karate.
