My name is Laura Bird Miller and I’m a teacher by trade. I have a bachelors in biology and a fine art minor, and have been teaching art at Circle Christian School for the past 15 years. In 2017, after a fulfilling Air Force career for Corey and Whitney retiring from teaching, the Carters returned home to Martin County. The Carters' new adventure began when Whitney attended a team building event that introduced her to AR Workshop. With a passion for crafting, she was instantly hooked and in just two months completed five projects! When a friend shared that ARW was hiring, Whitney immediately applied and started working as an assistant. Within two shifts, she realized that the shop was for sale and knew that this was meant for her!
