Programs at All American Karate in Orange City, FL
BeAKid
LIL' DRAGONS
Geared towards ages 4 to 6 years old. Your "lil' dragon" will be learning the American Kenpo and Isshinryu styles at an age appropriate pace with plenty of repetition and lots of fun. At the end of each class, your child will play physical games and run obstacle courses to test their balance, strength, agility, and listening skills.

AMERICAN KENPO
Students will learn how to defend themselves using practical self defense through body manipulation and body mechanics. They will learn basic blocks, stances, strikes, and kicks to help them perform each technique properly. Each belt learns a set of these defense techniques for each belt all the way up to black belt.
BeAKid
ISSHINRYU KARATE
Students will learn how to use proper body mechanics to perform basics such as blocking, kicking, striking, and learning how to do different stances. Once basics are learned correctly, instructors will train the students to perform different katas (forms) to get their black belt. A set of drills and a form will be learned for each belt.
