At First Tee, we believe the game of golf is more than just a game. It provides powerful lessons that can help kids build resilience, self-confidence, and inner strength—values that will last them a lifetime. By seamlessly integrating golf with life skills curriculum, we create learning experiences that help kids understand the values of honesty, integrity, perseverance, and respect. 

Since 1997, we’ve worked to make golf affordable and accessible to kids of all backgrounds. We started on golf courses, but now bring our program to physical education classes across the country. Through our in-school and after-school programs, we’re committed to helping kids build character strengths and important life skills in a safe and fun environment. 

At First Tee, we are passionate about empowering kids with the strength of character that will stay with them through a lifetime of new challenges. We believe that through golf and our life skills curriculum, we can help kids become more resilient, self-confident and self-reliant as they face their future.

Inexpensive

ur programs happen daily at approximately 150 chapters around the world. Participants (ages 7-18) progress through the program over time, deepening their understanding of life skills and golf development. By seamlessly integrating the game of golf with character-building, we create learning experiences that help kids uncover their inner strength, self-confidence, and resilience that they can carry to everything they do. 

Our trained coaches not only provide an introduction to junior golf and an opportunity to enhance golf skills, but they also create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment to help your child prepare for life ahead, including friendships, school, college and even their careers.
