Camp Welaka is situated in Jonathan Dickinson State Park, in Tequesta, Florida. The 640-acre facility boasts a swimming pool, lake access, and river access, and is the perfect destination for Daisy, Brownie, Junior, Cadette, Senior, and Ambassador Girl Scouts. The camp has a full-time ranger on-site, and is equipped with a combination of both platform tent and cabin sites, a lodge, and an activity and dining center with a commercial kitchen.
The camp has two platform tent sites with eight tents each, sleeping four, and one platform tent site with four tents sleeping four. There are also six cabins sleeping four at one site, and eight cabins at another. The Cook’s Cabin sleeps 12, and there is an ADA accessible Bunk House available for reservation. Additionally, there is a Unit House for activities and eating, a Director’s Cabin, and an Infirmary. All of these facilities make Camp Welaka the perfect place to spend a fun-filled camping experience!
Girl Scout Mariners is an adventure track for Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors to explore all thing in, on or near the water. Girl Scouts can choose to join a Mariner troop or participate as an individual in the activities required to earn their Girl Scout Mariner pin. Girl Scout Mariner activities may include paddle sports, sailing, snorkeling, swimming, marine science and conservation, and anything else relating to water.

Girl Scout Trailblazers
Girl Scout Trailblazers is an adventure track for Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors to get out on the trail and explore the land. Just like the Girl Scout Mariner program, Girl Scouts can choose to join a Trailblazer troop or participate as an individual in the activities required to earn their Girl Scout Trailblazer pin. Trailblazers focus on five concentrations including hiking, camping, stewardship, survivorship, and adventure sports.

The CareerSpark! virtual series provides Girl Scouts the opportunity for career exploration across a variety of industries with a new speaker each quarter. They will get to hear from individuals from different careers and learn about topics including: what it's like to work in the field (mission, goals, duties, responsibilities, etc.), the requirements (education, skills, experience, etc.), and the status of women within the field.
