Welcome to Cardonas Academy of Martial Arts! Our family-friendly facility is proud to offer the Delray Beach area exciting martial arts training and incredible character development. Our program is tailored to all experience levels, from young students to adults.

Our Kids Martial Arts program provides hands-on instruction and a commitment to your success. We offer a variety of martial arts classes, including Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, cardio kickboxing, and tumbling. Our after-school program and summer camp program provide even further opportunities for learning and growth.

With a reliance on traditional Karate instruction, we combine the best aspects of fitness, self-defense, and character development. This program offers a progressive system of instruction, starting with the basics in our White Belt training and building through the Ninjas and Little Dragons programs. 

Kids Karate

This non-violent system of ground-based self-defense gives children of all ages an exciting way to stay active and build confidence. Our Kids BJJ training introduces grappling techniques one step at a time and removes punching and kicks from the equations so everyone stays safe. 

Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Give your child an exciting way to build strength and coordination and walk away feeling more confident than ever before in our Gymnastics and Cheerleading program. We help students of all ages and experience levels learn each skill one step at a time and have tons of fun in the process.
