Quality Swimming has been providing South Florida with superior swimming instruction since 1986, and recently went under new management in 2011. Two Quality Swimming Administrators, who had nearly 20 years of combined experience with the organization, purchased the business and are committed to keeping Quality Swimming at the forefront of the Aquatics Community. They have also been dedicated to raising awareness of water safety and teaching swimming skills through their participation in the United States Swim School Association, National Drowning Prevention Alliance, Make a Splash Foundation, and the Stop Drowning Now Foundation. Quality Swimming offers year-round lessons for ages 6 months to adults.
Our Baby & Me swim classes progress from beginner skills, including breath control and safety skills to more advanced skills including rolling over, back floating, and swimming independently.
All children that have not been potty-trained for over 6 months must wear a disposable swim diaper and a reusable cloth swim diaper. Reusable cloth swim diapers are available at our locations.

Group Swim Lessons
Our curriculum is posted at our locations and our levels are color-coded. Every child will receive a bracelet according to the class level they are in. Watch their excitement as they progress and collect a rainbow of bracelets.
In our beginner levels, Levels 1 – 3, we move from becoming comfortable in the water to back floating, paddling arms, and rolling over for a breath. In our more advanced levels, Levels 4 – 6, we focus on learning the strokes and building endurance.
