Established in 1975, the Academy has been providing the southern Connecticut area with quality martial arts instruction for over four decades. We are dedicated to upholding traditional values and offer classes in the classical art of Tang Soo Do Mi Guk Kwan, as well as Hai Dong Gumdo, Aikido, Jui-jutsu, Tai Chi, and Philippine Martial Arts (Kali, Escrima, Arnis).

We understand that younger students have shorter attention spans than the typical adult student.
