The main goals of the Karate Kids’ classes are to teach well-rounded human beings. The ages range from 6-12 and include, beginner, intermediate, advanced, and black belt levels.
Through the Karate Kids program, your child will improve their health and fitness through our class workouts and experienced training. They will gain confidence and focus by learning self-defense and sparring techniques, as well as increase their balance, dexterity, and hand-eye coordination through weapons, judo, and kickboxing training. 

Karate Kids : Ages 6-12

Our Little Dragons Karate Classes for Ages 3 to 5 years-old, has been specially designed for the specific needs and attention spans of this age group, with Fun, High Energy Classes and Life Skills to provide a one-of-a-kind choice for parents who wish to make sure that their child’s future is one filled with confidence and success, as well as an exciting adventure along the way. It encourages children to become more Confident and Enthusiastic with improved Concentration and Listening Skills, this class is designed to enhance Positive Development in Fun.

Little Dragons : Ages 3-5

Hip Hop dance combines everything and anything from break dancing, popping, locking, funk, and various street style dance routines.  Join this fun, and exciting class which focuses 80% on choreography and 20% on freestyle!
