At Jitae, we understand that hard work and fun can go hand in hand. Our classes are a perfect balance of learning self defense techniques and forms, from standing and groundwork to empty hand and weapons. We also teach martial arts forms, such as traditional Japanese techniques, as well as the kickboxing styles of Bill "Superfoot" Wallace and Joe Lewis, which we go into depth about.

Our classes are a mix of traditional TKD, Superfoot systems kickboxing, Joe Lewis fighting forms and combat jujitsu. Classes run 6 days week morning and evenings.
