At Academy of Martial Arts & Personal Development, we’re committed to helping our students reach their full potential. Little Dragons

This Martial Art class is for our younger children (approximate ages 5-6) where we begin teaching them life skills such as focus and listening skills while having fun and learning coordination and balance!

Youth Martial Arts

In the Academy's Youth Martial Arts program your child will learn Daehanmoodo Martial Arts, a traditional martial art based on the mighty combinations of Taekwondo, Tang Soo Do, Hapkido, Judo, and ground defense skills. Our youth program not only teaches your child the physical techniques of Daehanmoodo Martial Arts but also develops their self-esteem, responsibility, confidence, public speaking skills, and much more. A core component of our program is learning "bully defense" to give them the knowledge and skills to appropriately deal with a bully situation. Classes: Juniors (ages 7 - 8): Monday & Wednesday 5:00 - 5:45pm Tuesday & Thursday 5:00 - 5:45pm Tween & Teen (ages 8 - 15): Monday & Wednesday 5:00 - 6:00pm Tuesday & Thursday 5:00 - 6:00pm Open Mat Time & Extra Help Monday - Thursday 4:30 - 5:00pm
