At TNT, we recognize that athletes may not stay gymnasts for their entire lives. But we believe that the life skills we teach here will benefit children far beyond their time with us. We focus on teaching them the importance of goal setting, communication, organization, problem solving, and commitment. We emphasize that if they set goals and commit to achieving them, they can be successful and happy. We also provide physical and mental exercises that can lead to lifelong fun, fitness, social interaction, and emotional contentment.
