At Cheshire Aquatic Club (CAC), swimmers of all ages had the chance to play a little basketball at the end of practice tonight with coaches Vanessa and Mark. CAC is looking forward to a great showing at the Connecticut Regional Championships next weekend. This is CAC's largest summer championship team in four years, with 27 swimmers competing. The meet will take place in two locations, Cheshire on Friday and East Hartford on Saturday and Sunday. CAC has gathered all the necessary information for swimmers, parents, and coaches to be prepared for the meet. The meet schedule includes information regarding events and hotel information. This meet is a prelims/finals meet, which means if swimmers aged 11 and over make the top eight (11/12) or top sixteen (13 and over) they will qualify for the finals at night. The hotel for the competition is the Hampton Inn & Suites in Farmington, with a rate of $150 per night on Hotels.com. Cheshire Aquatic Club is confident that their swimmers will represent them well and is looking forward to the Connecticut Regional Championships next weekend. With 27 swimmers competing, this is CAC's largest summer championship team in four years and they are sure to make a splash at the meet. Their preparation and hard work leading up to the competition is sure to make them successful.
