Junior Classes combine a disciplined learning environment with fun activities to maximize students' understanding and development. We have seen students improve their school performance, self-control, attitude, and overall health with regular attendance.



Junior Classes Ages 5-7:

Adult classes include physical fitness, balance, coordination, forms, sparring, and self-defense. Each student's physical capabilities are assessed prior to beginning training, and a training regimen is designed in accordance with each student's ability. Many of our students find karate to be a great stress-reliever and an important (and enjoyable!) part of a healthy lifestyle.
