SOCCER SPROUTS U3/U4

The Soccer Sprouts clinics will be held on Sundays at 9:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Each session will be 45 minutes long and will run for a total of 6 weeks, with the exception of Memorial Day weekend in the Spring season and Columbus Day weekend in the Fall season. Up to 2 make-up sessions will be offered in the event of a cancellation.

MICRO U5/U6 DIVISION

This age specific, story based approach, is a progression from the Soccer Shots program, built around the introduction and development of key soccer fundamentals such as movement, dribbling and ball work. Players practice once a week in their teams and play 4v4 micro soccer (no goalie) on the weekends. The program does all this while involving the most important person in the child's life, the parent.

Recreational Divisions

The Recreation program is designed for players to continue learning the skills associated with soccer and to enjoy themselves. This is a less-competitive program, having fun, learning soccer skills, and good sportsmanship is the priority.
