The U.S. Taekwondo Center is a family-owned business founded in 1986. Instructors at the center have been trained by 13-time Korean National Champion Grandmaster Sang Lee and his son, Master Jay Lee. Grandmaster Lee has been inducted into the Korean Sports Hall of Fame, is a U.S. National Team coach, and was the first U.S. Olympic Head Coach in the Seoul Olympic Games.
At the U.S. Taekwondo Center, children, families, and adults can learn the traditional Korean martial art of Taekwondo. The center provides instruction in both the physical and mental aspects of the martial art, with a lineage of Taekwondo traditions rooted back to its country of origin, Korea. The U.S. Team was incredibly successful under Grandmaster Lee's training, with the Women's Team placing first and the Men's Team placing second overall in the world in 1988.
