For over sixty years, Camp Bloomfield has been providing a unique and enriching experience for children and families. All ages and abilities are welcome to participate in a safe and natural environment, allowing children to build self-esteem and independence. Camp Bloomfield is the only free camp of its kind in California for children with multiple disabilities and blindness. At Camp Bloomfield, children and families can share the joys of the great outdoors. With activities adapted for all ages and abilities, Camp Bloomfield provides a safe and natural environment to foster self-esteem and independence. The camp is the only free program of its kind in the State of California for children with multiple disabilities and blindness. Traditional Camp
The traditional Camp Bloomfield program will have three sessions of fun, safe recreational and camping programs for all ages and abilities in a natural and safe environment. Camp Whittier in Santa Barbara county is on traditional Chumash land that sits across the road from Lake Cachuma and adjacent to the Los Padres National Forest.
