Public Skating Sessions are available for all ages and abilities! Whether you are a beginner or a pro, you can enjoy ice skating in a fun and safe environment. Our Skate Instructors are available to help those who are new to the ice.

Figure Skating lessons are also offered for those who want to take their skills to the next level. We have highly skilled instructors who can help you learn the basics, as well as more complex figure skating moves.

Ice Hockey and Hockey Leagues are available for those who want to compete. We offer a variety of teams and levels to meet everyone's needs. Additionally, our Pro Shop provides all the necessary equipment for your game. Whether you're an experienced player or just starting out, San Diego Ice Arena has all the gear you need to get in the game.

Figure skating is a unique experience, balancing on the edge of sport and art. It develops grace and flexibility, while creating a beautiful, strong & healthy mind-body.
The foundation of figure skating is a combination of regular training and participation in competitions, which results in the achievement of superior athletic performances. 
We offer various skating lessons and figure skating programs year round! Come learn a new skill in a fun environment with world class, certified coaches. 

FIGURE SKATING PROGRAM

Skaters will all receive personalized attention based on their skating level and work in groups specialized for their ability; they will also be split into groups by age for all off the ice activities.

SDIA Youth Hockey League is fun! Experience the joy of carrying the puck up the ice on a breakaway and the excitement of scoring a goal or making an amazing save.
With an emphasis on fun and safety, our youth league develops skills on the ice, confidence, pride, focus, responsibility & teamwork.
From the bonds created in the locker room to the relationships formed on the ice - hockey creates lifelong friendships. Hockey encourages time management skills that help kids balance school, responsibilities at home, playing with friends and time at the rink. We offer a house league program for all youth ages, as well as tournament and travel team options for you and your favorite hockey player(s) to choose from.
