At Primal Training Center, our mission is to give students the confidence and skills to take on life’s challenges. We create an environment of friendship, strength, self-confidence, and awareness, and offer a wide variety of classes to suit all abilities. Our goal is to empower our students to reach their full potential. At Primal Training Center, we believe in providing each student with the tools they need to find success. Our community of friendships, strength, self-confidence, and awareness enables our students to grow. We offer a range of classes to meet the individual needs of each student, allowing them to explore new experiences and tackle challenges.

Conveniently located in Scripps Ranch, we are a family-owned business that offers Jiu Jitsu, Personal Training, and Self-Defense group classes and private lessons for men, women, children, and families. Classes are available Monday through Saturday.
