About Gemstone Gymnastics

You and your daughter will discover the joys of gymnastics through our classes. She will learn how to do a handstand or flip for the first time, and be encouraged to explore her limits. She will practice with her coach and peers, and develop the self-confidence that comes with mastering a new skill. At our gymnastics classes, you and your daughter will be delighted with the results. Gym Gems Program

You and your daughter will be delighted with the benefits of our gymnastics classes! Can you picture her learning how to do a handstand or flip for the first time? First, she is inspired to try something new. She sets a goal, and her coach guides her towards achieving her dreams! This process teaches her to be diligent, that hard work gets results, and that nothing is impossible! She learns that she is brave, capable, and strong. Along the way she is developing new friendships, and a love of fitness that will stay with her throughout her lifetime!

Ninja Gym Program

Is your child a fan of the American Ninja Warrior TV Show? Zoom through timed obstacle courses, run, jump, fly, and tumble through safe gymnastics equipment, and combine your ninja training with gymnastics skills like handstands, cartwheels, bar skills and flips! Focusing on agility, coordination, strength, and FUN this class is fast paced and perfect for your rough and tumble son or daughter!

Coed Tumbling

Does your child want to learn how to flip, fly, and tumble on the floor and trampoline? These classes work on the floor exercise and trampoline only. Perfect for cheerleaders, dancers, and gymnasts! Develop the strength, skills, and stamina to conquer the cartwheel, back handspring, back flip, and more! The confidence gained after learning to flip is truly unique. Your child will savor the moment when he or she exclaims “I DID IT!”
