Swimming is an essential skill for children to learn and our experienced coaches are here to help. We want to get kids comfortable and balanced in the water, so they can start to master the art and athleticism of bending the water for forward motion. Our coaches will help the child's body and mind form new connections and muscle memory, so they can direct their body in an efficient way. Once children are comfortable in the water, we help them coordinate their breathing and focus on making their strokes more efficient and faster. This way, they can maintain them throughout their entire life. If a child may have an aversion to water, our coaches will help them with bathtub homework and redirect their anxiety to a specific target or task. Our coaches use abundant positive verbal reinforcements and gentle persistence to make sure children have fun, stay safe, and learn efficient techniques in a creative and nurturing environment.
