Play-Well TEKnologies is passionate about giving children the opportunity to express their creativity through STEM activities. We provide a safe and encouraging environment for kids to explore building with LEGO® pieces and to learn the fundamentals of STEM. Our enthusiastic instructors give kids the freedom to build without fear of failure, helping them to reach their potential and discover the possibilities that exist with their creativity. Play-Well TEKnologies is dedicated to helping children discover and nurture their natural creative abilities. We strive to create a setting that provides kids with the opportunity to explore STEM through play with LEGO® pieces and learn the fundamentals of science, technology, engineering and math. Our instructors are committed to inspiring and empowering kids to build without fear of failure, helping them to uncover the boundaries of their creative capabilities.

Parents looking for an activity that will cultivate creativity and self-confidence in their children will find just that in my art classes. Children will learn a classical method of drawing and painting that will stay with them for a lifetime. They will begin the program with drawing pictures and coloring them with pastels. Once they have mastered drawing, they may progress to watercolor painting. With the step-by-step tools they will be given at the first class, children can build a drawing and add colorful, true to life effects to make a beautiful work of art. In my classes, each child works independently and progresses at their own pace. This weekly, 90 minute session allows for ample time for children to take their time, clean up, and finish class with a mini art show. With the guidance of my one-on-one instruction, children will gain self-confidence and find joy in discovering their own creative successes. These classes provide a fun and supportive environment where children can express their creativity and develop technical skills that will last a lifetime.

Mad Dawg Wrestling Club has been providing top-notch wrestling training to the Sacramento area since 1995. Our program has a long history of success in preparing young wrestlers for the highest levels of competition. We have trained more League champions, SJS Masters champions, and California CIF State wrestling qualifiers/placers than any other program in the region. Our program has also attracted talented wrestlers from all over Northern California who have come to our room to benefit from the expert instruction provided by our experienced Head Coaches and former Prep wrestlers. Mad Dawg Wrestling Club is proud to be based in the renowned Folsom High School Varsity wrestling room, home of the 8x League Champions and 2x D1 - SJS Section Wrestling Champions. In 1996, Oak Ridge Rugby Club was established to provide high school boys with the opportunity to participate in rugby. Today, Mother Lode Rugby is a thriving program, boasting twelve players from the Class of 2022 playing college rugby all over the country and countless alumni from previous years. Mother Lode Rugby has come a long way since its humble beginnings as Oak Ridge Rugby Club. The program’s success is evident in the large number of high school students who have gone on to play college rugby. With twelve players from the Class of 2022 playing college rugby across the country, in addition to many from previous years, Mother Lode Rugby has truly blossomed into a remarkable program. The growth of Mother Lode Rugby is something to be celebrated and admired. The program has provided the opportunity for high school boys to take part in rugby since 1996 and has only seen success since then. The twelve players from the Class of 2022 playing college rugby across the country and the many alumni from previous classes are a testament to the program’s success.

All of our instructors have either a Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering, and they are full-time employees of respected companies. The Murer House Foundation (MHF) is committed to preserving and protecting the Murer House and Gardens, which is a site of great historical significance to the City of Folsom and its Italian heritage. The MHF serves as the official liaison between Folsom and Pieve Del Grappa, its sister city in Italy. Over the past two decades, the MHF has organized a variety of engaging activities and events to promote Italian culture and traditions. Cooking and language classes are held in the Learning Center, and bocce tournaments have been hosted on-site. This year, the MHF achieved a major milestone when the Murer House and Gardens were added to the National Register of Historic Places. The City of Folsom has also approved a 55-year lease to ensure the MHF has the resources to maintain and operate the Murer House and Gardens for years to come.
