Kindergym Gymnastics
For ages 18 months to Kindergarten, the Kindergym Gymnastics Program at East Bay is designed to teach age-appropriate gymnastics in a safe, fun and structured class setting. Our goal is for our students to learn gymnastics as well as social skills, build confidence, have fun!
Preschool classes are strictly age-based. Students wishing to enroll in a Kindergym class must be the required minimum age on the first day of class.

Girls Gymnastics & Tumbling
The School Age Program at East Bay is a progressive program, with the goal of teaching our students gymnastics & tumbling in a safe, encouraging and fun atmosphere! Students will work on mastering the skills required for the level and discipline they are enrolled in. Disciplines for the School Age program at East Bay are: Girls Gymnastics & Tumbling (co-ed). See below for detailed descriptions of each discipline offered. Students wishing to enroll in a School Age class must be 6 years old on the first day of class.

Tumbling
Our Tumbling classes were developed to teach tumbling and trampoline skills. It is divided into 3 levels: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. Students will be taught a progress-based curriculum with the goal of mastering the necessary skills for level promotion. Safety is our number one concern, so a consistent level of mastery is required to advance through the levels. In class skill testing will be performed every 7-8 weeks to keep students and families informed on their children’s progress. All students must start in Beginner, regardless of age, unless approved for a higher level
Class length: 60 min.
