Since our inception in 2018, we have been the proud USA National Office for the acclaimed World Robot Olympiad, a global robotics competition that has over 35,000 participants from more than 80 countries. CW Art Center is a vibrant part of the East LA art scene. The Center is dedicated to providing a safe and inspiring space for children and adults to explore their creativity. The staff is comprised of professional artists and educators who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and skills with the community. They offer various classes and workshops, such as painting, drawing, photography, and sculpture, as well as special events and exhibitions. CW Art Center is a non-profit organization that gives art education to local schools, non-profit youth organizations, and under-served communities. Founded in 2010 by a group of professional artists and educators, the Center received formal recognition from the IRS as a 501(c)(3) non-profit in August 2014. The "Create the Future" foundation was launched in 2016 to provide art education to these communities through the "Art Bridge" program. CW Art Center is a part of East LA's lively art scene.
