About Creative World Art Center

CW Art Center is a vibrant part of the East LA art scene. The Center is dedicated to providing a safe and inspiring space for children and adults to explore their creativity. The staff is comprised of professional artists and educators who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and skills with the community. They offer various classes and workshops, such as painting, drawing, photography, and sculpture, as well as special events and exhibitions. CW Art Center is a non-profit organization that gives art education to local schools, non-profit youth organizations, and under-served communities. Founded in 2010 by a group of professional artists and educators, the Center received formal recognition from the IRS as a 501(c)(3) non-profit in August 2014. The "Create the Future" foundation was launched in 2016 to provide art education to these communities through the "Art Bridge" program. CW Art Center is a part of East LA's lively art scene. The Center's team of professional artists and educators are passionate about teaching the community about art. They offer classes and workshops in painting, drawing, photography, and sculpture, as well as special events and exhibitions. CW provides a safe and inspiring space for children and adults to explore their creativity. CW Art Center is dedicated to providing art education to the local community. Through their "Create the Future" foundation and the "Art Bridge" program, CW is able to offer art education to schools, non-profit youth organizations, and under-served communities. Mixed Media Art Foundation (ages 4-6)
Explore Painting, Drawing, Printmaking, Sculpture, Collage and Design inside a special theme! A wonderful first art class that teaches all foundational art skills through exciting multi-dimensional projects.

Painting & Drawing (ages 7 and up)
Painting and Drawing are the foundation of all arts. This class teaches the important skills, techniques and introduce professional materials including: colored pencil, acrylic paint, watercolor and etc. to students. An important foundation for any future art experiences.

Game Making (ages 4-6)
Discover the basics of logic and engineering through the design and building of games. This fun class will introduce Painting, Drawing, Game Construction, Kinetic Art, and the principles of system design. Students will make their own puzzles, card games, board game, and kinetic toys!
