About Otto's Fine Art Academy

We are excited to see the creative and artistic minds of this generation blossom into the world-changers of tomorrow. At Otto’s, we are dedicated to providing an individualized, rigorous curriculum that emphasizes both art-making and problem-solving skills. Students are able to express their creativity in a variety of mediums, beginning with drawing and moving onto painting. Our experienced educators provide tailored instruction to ensure each student is developing their skills in the most effective manner. By fostering the creative thinkers and artistic minds of today, Otto’s Private Art School is doing its part to ensure tomorrow’s world-changers have the necessary skills and knowledge to make a difference. We are proud to offer our students the opportunity to learn in a safe and nurturing environment and appreciate the importance of the arts in developing critical thinking skills.

Children's Classes (Ages 5-12)

Does your child love to draw, color, and paint? Otto's Art Academy provides many programming opportunities for children to further their fine arts skills. All students begin working with drawing media such as pencil, pastel and charcoal before progressively moving up to painting mediums such as watercolor, oil paint, and acrylic paint. Our carefully structured curriculum, individualized instruction, and qualified teachers create a quality learning environment for your future artist!

Teen Classes (Ages 13-18)

Students will learn traditional principles of fine art working with a variety of mediums such as pastel, watercolor, charcoal and oil. Once a medium is understood your teacher will challenge you to push your imagination and creativity to create original pieces of art. Many of Otto's teen students have won national awards, gone on to art colleges, sold their artwork in galleries, and have been commissioned for children's books.

Summer Camp

Get Messy! During this camp, students will use various hand-building techniques using Stoneware and Polymer clays. Projects include: pinch pots, slab construction, glazing, and more!
