KIDS MARTIAL ARTS
Children love learning at JK Lee Blackbelt Academy in , . Our children martial arts programs are high-energy, fun and interactive. Martial arts classes should go far beyond just kicking and punching. Our classes focus on character development, physical fitness, and self-defense — with the primary goal of building a child’s discipline, self-confidence, and self-esteem. The training at our school emphasizes encouragement and positive correction, and we work hard to ensure all students are treated with dignity and shown respect. When your child becomes a student at our school, they join a community that works together to support each other’s personal goals and celebrate our successes.

MARTIAL ARTS FOR FAMILIES
Our family martial arts classes are focused on allowing parents and kids to work together on character development, physical fitness, and developing their self-defense skills. Your kids will gain better concentration, greater self-discipline, improved health, and enhanced leadership skills. You will gain improved muscle tone, increase cardiovascular stamina, greater flexibility, and reduced stress levels. ANTI-BULLYING PROGRAM
Schools are trying to respond, but bullying follows our kids everywhere — at school, on the bus, at a friend’s house, in the mall, online, at home. No place is safe. Because of the belief that having strong self-defense skills is a component of dealing with a bully, our martial arts school has been a magnet over the years for bullied kids. Therefore, at JK Lee Blackbelt Academy, we have a great deal of anti-bullying experience. We have taken that experience and created an anti-bullying program that’s embedded in all of our children martial arts programs — to help our students prevent bullying from happening and know how to deal with bullying if it occurs.
