Our incredible team of experienced staff members have been with WIDC since the very start of the program in 2010. Over the last 13 seasons, our program has grown and our core values have remained the same - safety, technique, and perfection before progression. Our focus is on the personal and skill progression of each athlete, and we are proud of the program we have developed with love over the years. No matter the size of our program, WIDC is “home” to many staff, athletes, and their families. We believe that this is what makes us different and sets us apart from other All-Star programs. We strive to provide a positive and welcoming environment for our athletes, where success is achieved through determination and dedication.
