From the initial phone chat I had with Amanda until the first time I met Malachi, I felt welcomed and inspired. He was highly knowledgable, made me feel at ease, and his enthusiasm for what he does is quite inspiring. I'm looking extremely forward to all that I'm going to learn!
The AMA staff has made studying music FUN for my kids by adopting a laid-back, "meet them where they are at" philosophy. They appreciate the ups and downs of their learning curves and make every effort to work around each person's constantly shifting schedules. My children's musical development has continued well into these high school years because to their flexibility and sincere support of music instruction.
Because our kid was intrigued and we wanted to promote her hobbies, we enrolled her in piano lessons there. The first teacher we found for her was excellent, but for some reason didn't click with my daughter; it could have been the day of the week that she had off. The program's director swiftly matched us with another teacher without any tension; that teacher immediately clicked with her, and we have been hooked ever since. In recitals, my daughter plays alone and does so without hesitation since she is so assured in what she is playing.
The convenience of taking classes online is fantastic. I have a terrific teacher who checks to see that I'm practicing correctly and even allows me to select songs to learn. Wonderful people and excellent coaching.
