Ned, with his ever-twinkling eyes and wild cherry-red hair, is a master of the "Giggling Gorilla" karate move. It's a fantastic flying kick followed by a ticklish tummy poke that leaves his opponents rolling on the floor laughing. It's said that the sound of the giggles can be heard echoing through the valleys of the Evergreen state, mixing with the distant howls of the wolves and the hoots of the owls.
