Designed around safe martial principles using forward and reverse open hand movements, left and right cross-over movements for brain development. Focus drills, balance drills, delay gratification exercises, proper foot, and body alignment exercises, kicking posture.

LITTLE BELTS I + II

Entry-level karate classes, same curriculum as Kids Karate without the pressure of promotional / rank testing. Designed for the younger student which needs time to grow into Kids Karate. During class, students continue working on left and right cross-over movements for brain development, focus drills, balance drills, delay gratification exercises, stance development, proper fist structure and alignment, feet, hip, and hand alignment exercises, body alignment for proper kicking techniques.

JUNIOR BELTS

Curriculum-based classes where students learn the material in their student handbook for their respective belt rank.
Students take the curriculum (kata’s, kicks, strikes, blocks, body movement, two-person prearranged movement drills...) and begin to understand concepts and principles while accelerating techniques & movement into a more realistic self-defense approach.

YOUTH KARATE AGES 12 - 17

Designed around safe martial principles using forward and reverse open-hand movements, and left and right cross-over movements for brain development.
Focus drills, balance drills, delay gratification exercises, proper foot, and body alignment exercises, and kicking posture.
