About Over the Moon Productions in Myrtle Beach, SC
At Over the Moon Productions, we believe that learning should be fun! That's why we've been bringing our unique style of educational entertainment to Myrtle Beach Intermediate, Burgess Elementary, Daisy Elementary, Conway Elementary, Kensington Elementary, and Chapin Memorial Library. Our talented team of performers have been delighting children and adults alike with our children's theater shows and workshops. Our “Flow” workshop is a great introductory program that introduces children to hula-hoops and poi, while teaching them the fundamentals of movement and flow. We're thrilled to have the opportunity to share our love of movement with the students of Myrtle Beach Intermediate, Burgess Elementary, Daisy Elementary, Conway Elementary, Kensington Elementary, and Chapin Memorial Library! We hope that our workshops and shows will bring smiles to everyone for years to come.

Programs at Over the Moon Productions in Myrtle Beach, SC
BeAKid
Theater Workshop
Designed for children of all ages, our theatre workshop introduces students to the world of creative dramatics through theatre games and improvisational exercises. During this workshop, students will use movement, speech, and communication skills to complete individual and team exercises. Games encourage the students to be creative while improving focus, confidence and critical thinking skills. Workshops may vary in time from 20 minutes to an hour, depending on school’s request.

Create-a-Play Workshop
Students work together to create an original play in this week-long workshop! This workshop includes all of the elements from the Theatre Workshop and takes it another step by introducing the kids to concepts of a script, costuming, and the physical stage. Instructors will return to the school daily, assisting the students in writing their own original play to then perform at the end of the school week.

Flow Workshop
Flow Arts is a movement based discipline that includes dance, juggling, and object manipulation. In this workshop, students are shown new ways to explore movement through hula hoops and poi.* We encourage the students to try new things as they work with coordination, spacial reasoning, and exercise. Students learn this art as something they can do individually, or in a group. This workshop also encourages creativity and confidence, as it is something everyone of all skill levels can enjoy. *Introductory class includes hula hoops and poi. Classes with additional props such as staff, levitation wand, and juggling also available.
