The YMCA has long been America’s favorite swimming instructor. We offer swim lessons for infants, kids, teenagers, and adults.
We are thrilled to offer the new and improved swim lesson curriculum from YMCA USA. Highlights include more streamlined lessons to help your child achieve faster, better parent communication tools, and home activity sheets. The YMCA has spent 3 years retooling the swimming curriculum so we can help you make your children safer around water.

YOUTH SOCCER
The YMCA Youth Soccer Program helps kids become not only better players, but better people as well. It’s a progressive program, with multiple age/gender-specific levels. Every child gets to play and the games are safe, exciting, and fun. We encourage fair play, positive competition, and family involvement.

PRESCHOOL AT THE Y
Our safe environment gives kids the perfect place to learn foundational skills, develop healthy, trusting relationships plus cultivate fine and gross motor skills. We plan our classes to develop each child’s self-esteem and strong image of self-worth. In every class, we encourage children to explore, ask questions and solve problems. Our early childhood educators provide a warm and secure atmosphere with five areas of focus to help kids meet and exceed developmental milestones: learning, life skills, healthy habits, socialization, and fine and gross motor skills.
