At Mount Pleasant Family Martial Arts, we offer American Freestyle Karate, which is a unique program that combines the best of different martial arts styles into one comprehensive program. Our classes are designed for the entire family, as we teach core character and life skills that enable kids to excel at home, school, and in the community. We also provide our students with self-defense skills to keep them safe in today’s world. This martial arts style is derived from a number of disciplines, including taekwondo, kung fu, jujitsu, muay thai, krav maga, boxing, and weapons training.
