At the Greater Greer and Upstate Arts Council, we strive to create a diverse, equitable, and inclusive space where everyone can have access to affordable arts opportunities. Through exposure, education, and outreach, we are able to offer experiences that help to enrich the lives of our community members. We offer art, music, dance, and drama to celebrate all cultures, while also providing the highest quality training and events. We also adhere to the highest ethical standards for all of our activities. 

No matter one's age, race, ethnicity, gender identity, physical ability, religious affiliation, or economic status, we invite everyone in the community to join us in participating in these affordable arts opportunities. We hope to create an environment where all members of our community can come together to learn, celebrate, and appreciate the beauty of art. 

Our mission is to ensure that everyone in the Greater Greer and Upstate communities are able to access these experiences and engage in activities that can help them to grow and develop. We are committed to providing an inclusive space for all to have access to these arts opportunities.

Our Arts In Action summer camps are multi-disciplinary full day (9:00 am - 4:00 PM) arts camps for children ages 5 to 10. Each one includes classes in art, dance, drama, music, clay, and magic to let campers "get their feet wet" in these different areas of the arts. Arts In Action makes the arts fun and engaging with games and creative projects. Each session of camp features a unique theme; This year's themes are "Enchanted Forest" June 19-22, "Under the Sea" July 17-20, and "Around the World" July 24-27.thea

My son's time at the Advanced Acting Camp was fantastic. The group of professors truly developed the students' skills and pushed them. The Seussical performance at the conclusion of camp was amazing. We anticipate taking part in much more events with Greer Cultural Arts.
