About Mad Platter

At The Mad Platter, we make it easy to be creative! Our open studio is the perfect spot for you to explore your creative side. With all of your supplies included, you can pick your favorite piece of ceramics and get to work. We also have reserved tables available on our store page, so you can plan ahead for your visit. We also welcome walk-ins on a first come, first served basis. If you have a large group, give us a call and we'll be happy to help.

Mud Club for Kids
Mud Club for Kids is a fun work shop for artist's first grade and up. Each session will explore a different art medium and or artist. Some weeks may even include two mediums. Past projects have included ceramics, clay work, wood board art, watercolor painting and collage. Our classes for the Spring will meet on Thursdays from 3:30-5:30 pm. Snacks included for your hungry artist. Please let us know of any allergies your young artist may have.

Children's Wheel Throwing 8 week Lessons
Ready to let your kids get dirty...on purpose? This is the class for them. All levels are welcome, ages 9 years and up. This is a drop off class from 4-5:45 pm with all supplies provided. This class is for 8 weeks straight. Snacks will be provided for each student. Please be sure to wear clothes that are okay with getting a little dirty.
