About Don Culp's Whole Arts Training Center

At Don Culp and Don Culp Karate Studio, we have been involved in the martial arts since 1976. With all those years of experience, we have been able to gain a deep understanding of the concepts of human nature, physical movement, and spiritual lessons of Zen. However, in the process of learning, we have also identified some areas where things can become overly complicated. This is especially true when it comes to theories that can bog down the mind and interfere with natural movement of the body and mind. That’s why at Don Culp and Don Culp Karate Studio, we strive to keep things simple. We believe that by taking a straightforward approach, our students can achieve the best results. We have developed a system that focuses on the basics, allowing students to develop their skills without getting overwhelmed.
