Children's Story time
Tomaquag Museum is back with a whole new Story Time program! Story time is intended to create a safe and energizing space for Native and non-Native children to learn about various tribal nations in a culturally sustaining way. We hope to encourage the growth and learning of our students holistically –– by sharing stories that speak to emotional, social, and mental strength. After each story, a craft will follow that will help emphasize the lesson and moral of the story, while providing necessary tools for children to express themselves in a creative manner.
