, bear in mind that the focus in Majors is on winning games, while in Minors/AAA divisions the focus is on developing skills. The Cumberland Youth Baseball/Softball League (CYBSL) is the perfect place for boys and girls ages 5-18 to learn and develop their skills in baseball and softball. The program starts with Instructional divisions for ages 6 and up for baseball, and 5 and up for softball. After one season, kids move up to the Farm division, where they will continue to build on the skills they learned in Instructional. After two years of Farm, children can try out to move up to the Minors division. The Minors division is great for honing the skills they've already learned and developing new ones. After two years in Minors, players can move up and try out for the Majors division, where the focus is on winning games. The CYBSL is the perfect place for kids of all ages to learn the fundamentals of baseball and softball!

At Tir Na Nog Performance Troupe, we provide a unique opportunity for dancers who want to take their training outside of the four walls of the studio. Our talented troop of dancers have the chance to perform in front of audiences in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. We have performed for a wide variety of audiences, from small and large groups, to weddings, festivals, and parties. Our performers have even had the honor of entertaining at elementary and middle schools, daycare facilities, nursing homes, and private functions. For dancers who want to take their talent and showmanship to the next level, Tir Na Nog Performance Troupe is the perfect place to get started. Our goal is to give our performers the opportunity to perform for different audiences and venues, while having a great time doing it!

At our dojo, we teach the fundamentals of Budo Taijutsu. Our instructors have extensive knowledge of the martial arts, providing quality instruction to help our students reach their full potential.
