The McGing School of Irish Dance offers Irish Dance classes in a nurturing environment where thousands of students have discovered their passion since 1977. From our humble beginning the McGing Irish Dancers have grown to become a household name in the city of Cincinnati and are widely recognized around the Greater Cincinnati area and beyond.

The McGing Irish Dancers' rich history has allowed McGing to become so much more than an Irish dancing school. We pride ourselves on being an internationally renowned program that gives children self-confidence, poise, and a fit body and mind both on and off the dance floor. McGing is a family friendly school where your child will learn the skill of Irish Dance while building character, having fun and developing lifelong friendships.

McGing Irish Dance classes are taught to children and adults of all ages with an emphasis on individual attention. Our teaching staff ranges from school teachers to lawyers and from World Champion Irish Dancers to dancers in Lord of the Dance. The McGing School of Irish Dance is a member of An Coimisiun le Rinci Galeacha (CLRG), the governing body of Irish Dance, and our main instructors are all certified teachers and adjudicators within the organization.

Inexpensive

We are happy to offer a (pre)beginner class for dancers ages 3-4! This 30-minute class is perfectly designed for your preschooler who wants to dance but is too young for our Youth Beginner Program and is a great springboard into our Youth Beginner Classes. Classes will focus on coordination, balance, mobility & introduction to Irish Dance technique.

We pride ourselves in being an internationally renowned program that gives children self-confidence, poise and a fit body & mind both on and off the dance floor. Our award winning, professional instructors are role models who inspire the best in every child, all the while fostering a family-like atmosphere for dancers and families. 



McGing Beginner Program  Classes

Join us for one of our ever-popular Summer Try It Out Camps! Dancers will learn the basics of Irish Dance, participate in a daily craft activity, enjoy some tasty snacks and have tons of fun while making new friends!
