At the Y, we focus on nurturing the potential of every child and teen, improving our community’s health and well-being and giving back to our neighbors. Everyone is welcome at the Y, regardless of age, ability, income, or background. During these difficult times when tensions are high, the Y is dedicated to diversity, equity and inclusion. Our core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility guide everything we do.
Instructors use songs and games to encourage students and parents to learn skills, explore the environment and equipment used in swim lessons, and how to be safe in and around water. Child is required to wear a swim-type diaper if not 100% potty-trained.
