About RiverWinds Community Center in West Deptford, NJ
RiverWinds Community Center opened March 2, 2002, owned by the Township of West Deptford and operated for the benefit of its residents. Our facility is open year-round with amenities and services to benefit individuals of all ages.

BeAKid
Ceramics with Michele
A 4-week ceramic class where participants will create functional, or decorative beautifully designed objects using a combination of basic clay hand building techniques of coils, slabs, rolling pins and pinch pots. Each student will design a unique project which can range from trays, cake plates, bowls, baskets, pitchers and much more. Students will also learn how to paint and glaze their pieces which are fired in the kiln. No prior experience necessary. Students who have taken previous classes can use the skills and techniques that they have learned to create more complex projects.
